How do I submit a reservation? Once you create a user account for yourself ,select Reservations on the left and then click on New Request to bring up the Booking Request form.On this form simply fill out your itinerary information and press Submit Request
How do I create a user account? Click on the Register Link at the top of each page an fill out the simple form.At a minimum You will need your firstname,lastname,email address.
What is a Corporate Account? A Corporate Account can be created by any valid user.It allows a single user to manage reporting and Invoicing for a group of users and their reservation activities.Multiple users are allowed to subscribe to a given corporate account and use it's billing approved status to Schedule and Invoice all of their reservations.
Once I submit a reservation will I get a confirmation number? Your reservation request will be reviewed then confirmed.Depending upon how you have set up your user preferences you will receive the confirmation notice and number via email,phone or fax.
Can I change a reservation once I submit it? Yes.Through this site you can change a reservation request and we will be notified inmediately
Are receipts or invoices available throught this site? Yes.Within the Reservations section you can view invoices as well as past reservations.

| Flights and Terminal Information.

All flights are monitored for actual arrival time to ensure that you are not charged for delays beyond you control. Occasionally, it may happen that we are given erroneous information by the airline. In these cases, waiting time is charged at the rate of $ 50.00 per hour, billed in 15 minutes increments (i.e$10.00 for every 15 minutes). Please know that we do our very best to avoid these situations. Passenger arrival Information. All clients, including corporate will be charged the current posted rate for services, plus gratuity. Charges will be processed after each individual service is rendered.Payments will be due upon receipt. Credit card charges will be processed and sumitted on the day service is provided All major credit cards are accepted.

| Policy and General Information
|
Waiting time charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and departure. After 15 minutes waiting time will be calculated from the scheduled pick-up time.Waiting time charges on airport arrivals beging 35 minutes for domestic and 45 minutes after international arrivals after the last last posted arrival time.No exemptions regarding this policy.Flights of 1 1/2 hours or less of airtime can not be tracked and are subject to a wait time fees.Passengers arriving on delayed and cancelled flights will not be charge stanby time
Cancellation and Change Policy A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged on all reservations Cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
No Show Policy If the customer does not show at the scheluded pick up time, they will be billed the full fare plus applicable waiting time, parking and gratuity.
Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required on wedding , proms and hourly services, prom services require pre-payment 10 days prior to the event.
Payment Procedures Cash , all major credit cards (American Express,Visa,MasterCard and Discover) and checks the agreed upon payment method.Charges will reflect cost incurred while perfoming transportation services for reservation placed with Plus Limousine Service,Inc.by the customer, its agent and any individual requesting transportation as an authorized employee and the customer and will reflect costs including but not limited to trips charges,parking and gratuity.
